Thursdays, August 4 and 11 Guppy Gathering, 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Bring your little fish to the Guppy Gathering, a special summertime storytime for kids 6 months to 2 years old. Thursdays August 4, 11, 18 and 25 Team STEAM presents Engineering Fun, 4-5 p.m. Children entering Kindergarten through 4th grade can join the Wilton Middle School Student STEAM Team as they teach little engineers the basics of the engineering design process in a fun, creative, and fun way. practice ! Each session will tackle a different engineering issue and discuss what it takes to be an engineer. Registration required for each individual session. 3DuxDesign kits provided by the Amadeo family. Fridays, August 5 and 19 Children’s gardening club, 4 to 5 p.m. Do you like being outside and getting your hands dirty? The Garden Club may be the place for you! Children in kindergarten and up and one participating adult are invited to join the staff of the children’s library in planting and maintaining the library’s children’s garden. Children will learn about gardening, hear stories, and gain hands-on experience with planting, weeding, watering, and garden maintenance throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
